Trust & qualifications
Are you qualified?

Pricing
How pricing works
How much will it cost?
Full prices are published on our pricing page — small dogs from £40, medium from £50, large or doodles from £60 for a full groom. We'll always confirm the price before we start, and we don't hide surcharges.
How long does a groom take?
A full groom is usually 1.5 to 3 hours depending on size and coat. Puppy first grooms are shorter (45 minutes to an hour) so we can take it gently.
Do you take large dogs and doodles?
Yes — all sizes welcome, including doodles, retrievers, and heavy-coated breeds. Large and doodle full grooms start from £60.
Puppies
Puppies and first grooms
When can my puppy have their first groom?
Usually any time after their second vaccination (around 12 weeks). The earlier we can introduce gentle handling, water and the sound of clippers, the easier every groom for the rest of their life.
Can I stay with my dog?
Most dogs settle better when their owner isn't in the room — but if your dog is brand new to grooming or very anxious, you're welcome to be there for the first part. Just let us know when you book.
Nervous dogs
Nervous, rescue & older dogs
Will my dog be on their own, or with other dogs?
On their own. We groom one dog at a time, in a quiet home — no kennels, no other dogs barking. It's the right setup for nervous dogs, puppies, and anyone who finds busy commercial salons too much.
My dog is nervous — can you still groom them?
Absolutely. The home setup is the reason a lot of nervous, rescue or older dogs come to us. We work at the dog's pace, take breaks when needed, and there's an honest +£10–£20 anxious-dog allowance for the extra time it can take.
Still got a question?
Keith is happy to answer anything about your dog — coat, age, behaviour, breed — before you book.
